Lorsa Bilwatal is a Chultan human scout who leads the troop of local hunters and scouts at Camp Vengeance alongside Wulf Rygor. She is chaotic neutral in alignment and commands fifteen tribal warriors as part of the camp’s fighting force.
Role at Camp Vengeance
Lorsa serves as one of two scout leaders at Camp Vengeance, an Order of the Gauntlet fortification on the River Soshenstar near the Aldani Basin. While the camp is primarily staffed by Order of the Gauntlet members, Lorsa and her scouts represent the Chultan contingent, providing local knowledge and expertise to supplement the camp’s military forces.
Living Quarters
Lorsa, Wulf Rygor, and their cadre of Chultan scouts make their quarters in the lower levels of the camp’s watchtowers. These billets feature wooden floors raised above the ground and are enclosed with wood and canvas to provide reasonably dry living spaces beneath the defended upper watchtower levels.
Command Structure
Lorsa reports to the camp’s leadership but operates with some autonomy as head of the scout contingent. The camp is commanded by templar Niles Breakbone, with captains Ord Firebeard and Perne Salhana serving as his subordinates. Lorsa’s fifteen tribal warriors are part of the “ragtag troop of Chultan hunters and scouts” that supplements the camp’s main fighting force of veterans and guards.
