Oloma Authdamar is a former crew member of the Star Goddess who now finds herself a prisoner of the yuan-ti in the Fane of the Night Serpent. She is a Turami human scout of chaotic good alignment.
Background
Oloma served aboard the Star Goddess, a ship that crashed in the jungle near Omu (as detailed in chapter 2 of the adventure). When the vessel went down, she managed to escape by leaping from a porthole, but was subsequently captured by yuan-ti forces while attempting to survive in the surrounding jungle.
Current Situation
Oloma is held prisoner in the cells near the Oracle Pool (area 7) in the Fane of the Night Serpent. Like other prisoners, she wears manacles on her wrists and ankles and has been stripped of her armor and weapons. However, she has managed to retain a concealed dagger—a potential advantage if she attempts escape or joins forces with adventurers who might free her.
Motivations
Oloma seeks to escape the yuan-ti temple and return to civilization. As a scout, she possesses useful skills for wilderness survival and navigation that could prove valuable to any party that rescues her.
