Sister Cyas is a lawful good female Chondathan human priest of Helm stationed at Camp Vengeance. She leads the camp’s religious corps, which consists of six acolytes who serve under the overall command of Commander Niles Breakbone.
Role and Responsibilities
Sister Cyas and her religious templars are technically part of the camp’s fighting force, but they spend most of their time providing medical care to the sick and wounded. The pestilential conditions near the Aldani Basin and constant attacks by giant carnivores and undead have left the garrison disease-ridden and exhausted, creating an overwhelming burden on the medical staff.
Current Condition
The field hospital tents under her care hold 2d6 patients at any given time, suffering from various maladies. The situation is so dire that Sister Cyas and her acolytes are themselves too ill and exhausted to make effective use of their magical healing abilities. The camp desperately needs outside assistance, including potions of healing and other magical aid.
Relationship with Player Characters
If the party provides substantial medical assistance to the camp—whether through donations of healing potions, magical aid, or other support—Sister Cyas becomes their staunch defender. She will advocate for them against Commander Breakbone’s unreasonable demands, providing a valuable ally within the camp’s leadership structure.
