Overview
Wulf Rygor is a chaotic good male half-elf scout and the co-leader of the Chultan scouts at Camp Vengeance. He is the longtime friend of Commander Niles Breakbone, the templar in charge of the Order of the Gauntlet fort.
Role at Camp Vengeance
Wulf co-leads a “ragtag troop” of fifteen tribal warriors alongside Lorsa Bilwatal. This scout contingent provides essential local knowledge and reconnaissance for the camp’s defense operations. As part of the camp’s support structure, these scouts operate separately from the main fighting force of knights and guards.
Quarters
Wulf and the other Chultan scouts under his command are quartered in the lower levels of Camp Vengeance’s watchtowers. These billets consist of wooden floors raised above the ground and enclosed with thin wood and canvas to provide reasonably dry living spaces.
Context
Camp Vengeance was established by Order of the Gauntlet survivors who retreated upriver from the destroyed Camp Righteous. The fortified camp faces constant threats from giant jungle carnivores during the day and undead horrors at night, while also suffering from disease-carrying insects and vapors from the nearby Aldani Basin. Wulf’s scouting expertise is crucial to the camp’s survival in this hostile environment.
