Snout of Omgar

The Snout of Omgar is a geographic landmark on Chult’s western coast that marks the boundary between Chult and Samarach. Originally a mountainous peninsula, it was split from the mainland during the Spellplague’s upheaval, creating a large island separated by a narrow strait. The strait allows passage between the mainland and the island. Mariners and cartographers use this feature as the official dividing line between Chultan and Samarachan shores.
